#SelfCareSaturday Series

We've partnered with Vibes and Vinyasa  to provide weekly yoga classes every Saturday morning until 12/22/18. Each session will include a 60 minute Vinyasa yoga flow followed by a 15 minute mindfulness meditation. This is a mixed-level class featuring dope music, dynamic sequencing, and supportive props in an intimate and inclusive space.
