Join Vitality Meditation for a different take on meditation for Athleta’s Zen Den Weekend in Rittenhouse. Most practices encourage stillness and focused breathing through lying down or sitting, but this is not the only way. This class will offer an alternative by using simple, gentle body movements to focus our attention on the sensations of a state between frantic activity and stillness.
