Vitality Meditation is partnering with Four Love Yoga to host a fun-filled #SelfCareSunday. There will be two sessions available, 10:00am-12:00pm or 1:30-3:30pm. The workshop will include a 50-minute power yoga class, 30 minutes guided meditation and 40 minutes of hangout time and astrology readings. Salads from Sweetgreen and Kombucha cocktails + mocktails included.
Caitlin Kelly (@ckyoga) will lead a meditation and talk about healthy mind aiding healthy eating and Jenna Stern (the_philasophy) will talk about how she incorporates intuitive eating in her daily life and share recipes. Small tapas will be provided. Click below to sign up!
