You can enjoy this class in the comfort of your home, car or workspace via your handy electronic device. The link to join the meditation will be provided to you via email 1 hour before the session begins. In this adaptive and instinctual style of meditation, we won't try to "stop our thoughts" or "turn off" the external or internal world. You will learn how to flow with your thoughts and feelings in a meditative state, welcoming the Self, just as it is --letting love and curiosity carry you.
